These different images represent parts of me. The top is my face in a park that I love to go to and just sit on a dock and think. In the second image my shoulders are together as they are when you pass a volleyball. It is set on beach which is my favorite place and where I play beach volleyball. The third image is of my torso which I overlaid on an image of the venus de milo. This section represents my love for art. The last image is shows my legs jumping on a trampoline with my little sisters. This reveals the sense of family that is important to me in my life.Monday, March 31, 2008

i like how anne used four different pictures to form her entire body and used different pictures within these four to portray a "self image" my favorite is her body picture which captures famous works of art in the background
i really like how the pieces flow to create your body, and the different aspects of you as a person...very creative
I really like how the images fade and when you take a closer look there is really much more to see... it all blends together very well... nice images... great job!
i think this is a unique way to represent ones body and personality at the same time. it is very creative and very well put together.
I really liked the approach you took to representing yourself. I actually knew someone who created a similar self portrait in high school using photography, drawing, and clay sculpture. Nice!
I love using the idea of the four different pictures to create such a unique effect. This piece flows really well, and is such a creative idea!
this piece is my favorite piece, yay anne! i think i really like it because it is very similar to my original idea for this project before i started playing around with different ideas. i think its great that you created more then three images and really expanded your creativity. i think the pieces flow really well together and i think this piece would look really cool if it was printed out really large, almost lifesize, and hung on a wall or something it would really benefit the piece well.
very cool how u changed the perspective from the personality and made it a more physical thing by including your body into it.
Really great transitions and excellent excecution, the pics are seamless.
I think the images along with the comment you left really say a lot about you and the things that are important to you. The third image is my favorite, i think it's a really clever way to show your interest in art. Great job!
it is a nice thought to have 4 pieces images presenting person from head to foot with collage. I like the idea.
i really like how you built your body in the four different images and thus built up what's important to you. i really liked how you used tranparency in all your images but i wish you did it in the last one. what i do like about the last one is that although it's obvious that all three people aren't actually from the same scene it's hard to tell which ones are from the same and which are actually out of place. i think this makes it a very interesting image. i also like that the four images alternate from vertical to horizontal becuase it emphasizes the building up from different pieces
i really like the flow and the unique way to represent the body, it allows the movement. the style is really creative
i love this piece because of the fact that the four parts all are pieces of your body... everything fits together, and the photoshop technique is very neat and clean :]
